Derby-based New Media solution provider Fish Media is really motoring with its latest business win.
Autoworld Ltd, motor group, has appointed Fish Media to re-design the websites of its HarleyWorld Harley-Davidson dealership – the Authorised North Derbyshire and Sheffield Harley Davidson dealer.
As part of the re-design brief, Fish Media will ensure that the website of the Nottingham Harley-Davidson dealership ties in with that of the Chesterfield dealership’s website style.
In addition, Fish Media will also build a brand new eCommerce website to sit within the re-designed websites (www.harleyworldchesterfield.co.uk and www.robinhoodharleydavidson.com).
The new eCommerce solution, for HarleyWorld’s range of more than 4,000 parts and accessories, will include content management, eCRM and email broadcasting tools. In addition, a community section will be added to the website to help customer retention.
On completion of the websites, Fish Media will also be providing an online marketing campaign targeting Harley Davidson enthusiasts via the Internet to drive more traffic and ultimately increase sales.
Commenting on the appointment, Andy Chapman, Dealer Principal of Motorcycles for Autoworld explained:
“our business relies on lots of repeat sales from a loyal customer base, not all those customers are comfortable around IT, so part of the challenge is to not only to make the web sites interactive and refreshing but ease of use is high on the agenda. Fish Media have demonstrated the ability to listen to our requirements as well as bring new fresh idea’s to the table.”
Fish Media was established in January 2003 by joint managing directors Richard Mackney and Colin Mitchell. The recent HarleyWorld business win comes only weeks after Fish Media was appointed by Ebquita – the UK’s number one independent consumer marketing and data suppression screening company.
