We’re proud to have been working closely with Derby-based property consultants Salloway for over 10 years. We developed a bespoke programmed website that connects to their Customer Relationship Management system and populates the website with the latest properties on the market. Any enquires received through the website to request property particulars are automated and added to the CRM system as a lead for the team to follow up.
The website is greatly enhanced by our beautifully commissioned photography showcasing landmarks of Derby, Nottingham and Burton.
With an integrated Google map location search, visitors can select to view listings displayed either on a map or by tiled view showing each property card. Salloway is a dynamic and forward-thinking company and as a recent addition to the site, they asked us to add 3D Virtual Tours to the listings.
Using a 360° camera the team at Salloway visit each property and capture a 360-degree interactive virtual tour. These are wonderfully immersive and provide an online viewing experience which is welcomed during the current Coronavirus pandemic – allowing a “stay at home” approach to property viewings.
Once the 360-degree virtual tour is captured it is uploaded and added to the website property details via the website admin control panel. We then display a “360” icon allowing visitors to simply click and enjoy the tour.
I’ve personally had hours* of fun moving around these online tours – they really do help understand the space available. Well done to Salloway for ensuring they keep up-to-date in the competitive property market by providing this much-needed technology. Due to the current climate and following Government guidelines, there are currently only a few 3D virtual tours, but we expect to see the website updated with tours over time.
